The amount of the mobility budget is equal to the employer’s total annual cost of the company car that he puts at the employee’s disposal. IT is also called the TCO - Total Cost of Ownership.
So, what is the TCO exactly?
The financing costs of the car but not only.
You must also take into account all related costs, including fuel (gas card), insurance, the solidarity contribution CO2 and non-deductible VAT.
You then have to subtract the administrative and management costs of setting up the mobility budget that your employer incurs (tracking mobility budget expenditure, fleet management solutions ...)
It can be summarized as follows:
Car leasing + insurance + fuel + solidarity contribution + VAT - costs management budget mobility
Typically, the mobility budget ranges from € 350 for an entry-level car and € 1,000 for a high-end car.
